Returns & Refunds

In case you are not fully satisfied with the products you have received from us, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. The items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original intact package, as otherwise we can no longer sell them.

How to return

1. Pack the items you wish to return. Make sure the package is properly sealed and secured. It is your responsibility to ensure the products return to us in their original unbroken condition.

2. Attach the order confirmation or invoice for the goods you are returning, so we can see how much you have paid as well as your contact info. This is necessary in order for us to be able to refund the money for your purchase.

3. Send the package to us from your local post office or package shop. You are responsible for paying the correct amount for the shipping. Do not send the package to a package shop or to a post office, but send it directly to:

If you are shipping from Denmark, you may use this page to purchase a GLS post label for your return package. The cost of the label is 70 DKK and it is valid for all packages with a maximum total weight of 5 kg, regardless of dimensions.

Please note, we will not cover the expense of shipping the package back to us. However, in case you wish to exchange your item with another one from our shop, we will cover the shipping costs of delivering the new item to you.

Returns will be processed after we have inspected your items, to confirm that they are in their original condition.

Please allow 7 business days (from the date of delivery to our office) for your return to be processed.

Once processed the money will be transferred back to the card you used to make the initial purchase.
